I accidentally crashed my Mavic Pro indoors while making a test. The result from the crash is a non responsive gimbal and a message on the app that says the gimbal bracket may have not been removed and gimbal overload. I’m wondering if It would be a good idea to send the equipment for a full check. What should I do?

Can you see any damage to Mavic Pro's gimbal / camera?   Possibly post a picture?

Without knowing more about what is causing gimbal overload and gimbal not being responsive, along with whether you have knowledge and skills needed work on drone; you have little choice but to send drone in for repair.

Bummer what happened.

Gimbal can slip out of its mountings very easily, it’s a simple process to insert back in. You will see in picture below the way the gimbal should be seated.

Were you able to get your drone working again?

Hope so!

Really sorry to read your damage.
For anyone watching, flying indoors is never great as the GPS locks are intermittent...
Can I humbly suggest you watch this one:  It's the very first cause
