Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. May we know if your drone experience any incident prior to experience this error message? I would recommend refreshing the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 then recalibrate the IMU to see if there will be changes, however, if this scenario would persist, I would recommend sending the unit into our repair facility for further check.
