Is there a moderator that can help? I'm trying to purchase Osmo Shield for my Osmo Pocket that I bought at Best Buy a week ago but when I enter my S/N it states its not qualified or something like that. Any assistance is appreciated.

I had the same issue, I just went to the DJI online store and purchased, you need your serial number which is in the info screen on your osmo
