Good evening.
I bought a mavic 2 from a seventh and I already have problems.
I am trying to update the remote control from PC with the DJI Assistant 2 but the update to version 4 does not take place and is always updated to version 3.
The upgrade starts normally, and ends with the writing that the update is 100% complete.
No mistakes come out.
Despite everything it seems to have gone well, if I always check that the current version is 3 and not 4.
What happen?
How can I solve it?

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. Would it be possible if you could provide us with a screenshot of the current firmware of your Mavic 2 Pro? I would like to ask if you're still getting a prompt message on the application wherein it ask you to update the firmware of your aircraft? Have you tried to check this matter using a different mobile device or possibly re-installing the application? Please ensure that the flight records were synced and the important files are saved if you will delete the application. Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for continued support.
