Seems to happen that you can only use the '+'-button on the App to Add control points when the various Control Module is first opened: '+' Symbol is highlighted.Once any control point is selected, added, or other changes are made, the '+' symbol is darkened and cannot be selected anymore.
Hence you cannot create new control points.
This seems to be happening in all the Create Modules I've looked at.
This is bad code.

Could anyone please replicate and verify this bug so it can be brought to the attention of the dev team

Took me a while to figure this one out also.
Deselect the selected point and the add function is available again.
