I would like to share my problem with RC. After only 4 months of using my MA the right clamp of the mobile holder got loose from 1 day to another, never dropped it always took care of it and stored it in the hard case...
Because of my warranty I have decided to send it to the DJI service. I received it today after 2 weeks of waiting, pretty fast,
but unfortunately they didn't fix it and sent it to me back as it was so I have to re-send it again loosing another 2 weeks and a few jobs
Is there a way to contact particular service to complain or to remind them to fix it next time?


Any help?

Maybe you should tighten it yourself. I have opened the remote controller many times , it's not that difficult rather than wasting time sending it back.
