I rarely write reviews of the various service I have received over the many years (I'm 75yoa), unless there was something special to say. Only if the service was very special and that is exactly what I received from the service people I spoke with DJI in California. I sent back a crashed Mavic 2 Zoom that had a broken gimbal. I had to speak to several people due to my mistake with not entering a case number with the payment. Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and assured me that it would be allright. Well, they were right and my Mavic was replaced with a brand new one because I had insurance.  Thank you DJI for being the best in all you do !!!
