Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. We've managed to check the error message that you've attached here in DJI Forum. Apparently, the drone would not allow you to take off due to the battery problem. I would recommend checking the pins of Intelligent flight if there's a damage and clean the battery contacts with a soft dry brush. Check whether the battery is properly installed.  If the red part is seen, it means that the buckle on the back of the Mavic Air's Intelligent Flight Battery is not mounted in place. If it's possible, you may try to use different battery to isolate this matter. Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for your support.
