So I just purchased a brand new Ronin M model:RM-6 from amazon and i have everything setup and balanced my A7iii with a charged battery. I turn the battery on and the gimble does nothing. There is no green light on the front as if the battery is not even plugged in.

Another issue came when I thought the first battery was defective so I grabbed the second battery it came with and plugged it in only to find out it wont charge...

I have had several DJI products and I really have had no issues with anything. This is very frustrating becasue I need this for my job and I hope I dont have to return it for a different brand. Please give me some advice on what to do
