Yes, if it never existed, they wouldn’t have built prototypes for them.

The fact is, many professionals came to the conclusion that the P4P was the number one choice for many jobs.
The Inspire 1 is not a replacement for several reasons and the Inspire 2 continues to suffer from major problems and is
far from being a decent replacement for the P4P.  
Those who say that the Phantoms are nothing but consumer drones have no idea what is being done with them in the professional market.
