Taken with the M2P flying in close proximity to the tree tops over a local park in tripod mode yesterday afternoon. Unedited footage and rendered in 1080p.

It's my favourite mode - great for precision flying like having a tree branch one foot below the drone on a windy afternoon lol

Great to get out flying again after the wind and rain. What was the object in the end of your video? Thought initially solar panels, but looked like poly sheeting on the ground, possibly over a crop?

It's solar panels mate - next to a grave yard of all things.

Finally I made some time to fly again today.
3 whole batteries
I did experiment with 4K and a little sharpening.
I'm not sure if I like it better than 1080p but I might try a comparison soon.

Good to read mate. I find 4K really comes into its own when flying lower &/or closer to the subject and thus seeing more detail in it. If zipping around at 30oddMPH at 400' there is little visual difference between 4K and 1080p. Having said that I found 2.7K to be the sweet spot on the MP1 given it's camera' lower MPBS

It was windy too - the gimbal is just as stable as the drone.

From everything I've read expect the following on top of what we currently have
1/ Need to pass a basic on line competency test
2/ Need to register (cost proposed of £16.50 a year but final amount TBC)
3/ 18 years and over to fly
4/ More powers to the authorities with more severe punishments for illegal use (unlimited fines etc)
FINS will be next and of course more councils etc will get on board restricting land areas. Bristol city council, for example, have banned drones from everywhere in their city except three RC aircraft parks...
