Green light #1 simply blinking 12-16 times on and off.

Brand new aircraft and battery. Been trying for @12 hrs.

Video format not supported from my phone.

This just happened to me when I ordered a combo package.  The spare battery charged just fine but the one in the drone was DOA.  No lights whatsoever.  I left it on the charger for 24 ours and still completely dead.  Sent it back and am currently awaiting a replacement.  This was all brand new merchandise.
