What a capture! The Fox doesn’t appear to be spooked by the drone. Despite the laws, think that they get hunted ‘around these parts’ still, so not a common site any more. Saw more when we lived in SE17 than in Norfolk.
That is sadly the case - more people marched on London to lift the fox ban than they did against the illegal war in Iraq... The British are a strange breed at times! It is thankfully still illegal to hunt on public land in England, Wales and Scotland and despite loop holes enabling legal hunting of foxes it is frowned upon very heavily in the UK as deemed a social class divide as much as being nothing but absolutely cruel. Banning it here was one of Tony Blair's better actions shall we say but it still continues. The land where I was flying is too small for hunting and horses are banned on that land as controlled by the council and adjacent to a large London borough - the fox is very safe here which is why he/she was so friendly I guess. |
