Kind of an odd question.  Nothing suggested there was damage done by the Spark by the OP

Hey, you should turn it in to your local PD.  If you want to go to the work, you could contact DJI with the serial number as well and they may contact the owner on your behalf.  But typically the procedure would be to bring to a PD station.Just a note.  It was really cool of you to come here to post this, nice to see there are still some good, honest people in the world!  Cheers

Why?  There is absolutely no reason for pictures.  Or condition.  The OP stated where they were located and where it was found.  That should be more than enough for someone to contact OP with a SN to verify.  No other info is necessary.
