DJI i have spent money upon money with you for years now buying your drones ,stood behind your drones 1000% but after yesterday not anymore ,bought your mavric pro platinum, after flying it for 9 mins up in the air 100 yards out it detached from the controler flew 300 feet out got stuck in a 100 foot tree that it decided to land in by itself. no way to retreve it.Called your call center stayed on the phone for a hour .and one of your reps,  said pepole have been haveing trouble after the updates with this model .now im stuck with a loss of 1000.00 thank you guys for this .

the drone is only 3 weeks old

seems like this has happened a lot lately. Ever since the Mavic 2 came out the mavics have been flying away. Makes me afraid to fly mine.

Dora from the DJI Data analysis team wrote me back , and the reply to me was that after i lifted my aircraft up in the air in sports mode then pushed forward then the flight record ended , Yes that is  what happen because it detached from the controller and went crazy,but since they dont know what caused it they offer me 30% off Another one . I hope they figure this problem out so my friends dont lose theirs

Upon checking your case, the flight records interrupted suddenly, and we cannot deduct what happened at that time. Sorry about that. The designated team will keep following up your case during the working time.

NO their was not,In  fact i flew the new Autel EVO  right after this happen same pattern and it never once had a glitch

Just post your log here so we can see what happened .

So  i found out yesterday it was the controller that was bad, DJI never once mentioned the controller to me or wanted to see it.That explains why the controller detached itself from the air craft .
