DJI Help, Please!
Flew my ship for a 3 hour mission last Thursday with no issues. Pulled it from the case tonight to prep for an upcoming job and heard a rattle or something broken inside the hull.  Doesn’t sound like anything  large but a moving or broken part all the same.  I contacted my distributor who immediately advised me to open a case with DJI, which I did. This bird has less than 50 total hours and already has something inside the hull rattling around. I take very good care and am extremely cautious and store it in a GPC case.  Another issue I noticed tonight while processing my repair case online is that the serial number isn’t found nor is the bird any longer associated with my account?
