After numerous attempts to bring my controller to current firmeware 02.01.0009 I have been attempting to update my RTK as well as the bird. The problem is that the controller cannot recognize that any of these devices are connected. Any advice?

You can update them directly using Assistant 2 and your PC by connecting them via USB cable.

Hi there,I had similiar frustrations updating and as referred below use DJI assistant on pc and make sure you use DJI cables to link. I had to push the link button on rtk to get the controller to recognise and communicate.  same on the aircraft tiny hole just above the comms port. I also had to install the firmware upgrade 2 or 3 times before it all worked. Good luck.
