Hello and good day Pasquale. I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for reaching out. Just a friendly reminder that we do not recommend doing a DIY repair on your DJI Mavic Pro. This can void the warranty of the said drone and to avoid additional damage on the it as well. We have the professional team who would do their best to find out the reason and fix the said issue and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Please note that the repair cost will depend on the warranty period of the said remote controller; otherwise, valid charges will apply. Thank for your support.
Thanks for the reply. Stephen, it's no longer under warranty and I can see the pebble. I appreciate your recommendation but help me the most is to know the size and type of screwdriver I need. |
