P4 won't start after 1 yr storage.   Battery fully charged.  Push button, all 4 lights on battery flash but nothing from aircraft

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. I would like to ask if you have a spare of battery to try with your aircraft and isolate the problem? Please check the battery pins and battery compartment if there's physical damage then you may try to clean it with a soft brush. To clarify, please press the power button shortly then press and hold it again to turn on the aircraft. You could provide us a video showing this problem for further check. The video can be uploaded using google drive or dropbox then provide the link here. Thank you for our support.

To switch on it's one short push on button followed quickly by another push and hold for about three seconds before releasing. A two stage switch on.
