It is human nature to be quick to complain but not so quick to praise.  Without getting into the specifics, I want to make this post to let all know that DJI went the extra mile in a recent repair case I had.  DJI replaced my P4P and battery at no charge to me eventhough it was no longer under warranty.  The crash was not caused by pilot error, nevertheless DJI was not obligated to replace it, but they did.  So, I just want to say thanks.
