Would be interesting to know where the majority of DJI customer are from ...

Call us when you offer trade-ups for disgruntled Osmo Pocket buyers who now realize that they purchased a much inferior product, and all our suggestions and desired features in Osmo Pocket actually went into Osmo Action.

Happy with my Osmo Pocket wouldn't trade it in for anything. Perhaps you may not know how to use it if you even own one.

Only in US, Could be great with EU aswell

It’s funny that the advertisement photo shows a DSLR camera, but you can’t trade in any cameras except for GoPros.

DJI Really has to start taking into consideration Canada, Europe, etc when it comes to Trade up, Beta testing and other offers that on the USA has been permitted to participate in.
I am sure you are making just as much money from other Countries as you are in the USA and as someone that has spent money on a DJI product it's frustrating to be left out of
these opportunities.  DJI needs to step up their game and be fair in this sense.  If you are going to sell your products in other Countries, you need to include them .

It should say you can get extra trade in on your GOPRO ACTION CAM, since that is the only brand you guys are accepting right now. Putting "trade in your action cam" in this post is misleading.

Not if DJI would bear the weight of the additional tarrif. Of course we all know rather than do that they will simply be passed along to the customer.

When is this coming to the UK, could do with some good news.

Would be great if SLR cameras could also be added to the list

Apple does it to Canada all the time. We only got Black Friday a couple of years ago.

Thankfully I am not an Apple fan.  Even used to work for Apple as a Tier 2 Senior Tech Advisor.  Still have never in my life owned and iPhone and never will.  It's rare that Apple offers sales/deals ANYWHERE let alone Canada

I would do it but I like my other stuff!!

Would like to have seen this in the UK, as I'd love to take a smidge off the Osmo Action before purchasing. I feel sorry for all the Pocket buyers though, not cool.

I have understood that this trade-up is a rip-off. I am in the process of selling my Spark for almost $200 more than DJI is willing to give me for it.
