Hi everyone, I've had a spark for a few years, but last Christmas, my wife surprised me with a Mavic Pro!  As excited as I was, life is busy, and I'm only starting to actually get to use it now.

I'm also studying up to take the FAA test to be part 107 certified.

Yep, the spark was good practice, but there is a lot more going on with the mavic. I keep having to remind myself to slow down, set up, then get the shot. With the Spark, it was just shoot shoot shoot and see what turns out.

I tried to hand launch and hand catch the mavic, and figured out that is a bad idea.  hard surface launches only!
