After the phone crash I installed the DJI GO 4 application again. But I miss the whole history (flyght records). I signed up for the same email address. Only nick I mentioned by mistake. It is a problem? Is it possible to upload data to the phone from backup and restore flight history? I have backed up TXT, DAT ... files.

Try resending the records again - anything previously saved should be fully restored.

Tap the cloud icon on the top right of the flight record screen. Select 'all'.

I did this right after installing the app. However, no data was restored. I tried another account but in vain. Is it possible that I could also delete data from the server? Otherwise, I don't know why no data is shown
