Hi, I just bought a Ronin S and when I try to balance it via the app, I get excellent on everything besides tilt. I've followed the instructions for balancing and it stays balanced when I'm not touching it. No matter what I do the tilt never switchs to excellent. The app and firmware are both up to date. Any suggestions?

Hi osfan45, sorry for the difficulties on balancing the tilt axis, what camera are you using and did you attach the riser plate to the bottom of the camera to have a try?
