I am looking at the new rules coming into effect on June 1, 2019.
I am planing on obtaining my advancced pilot certificate.
With regards to operating in controled airspace I realize I will need permission and certified equipment and permission to operate.
Regarding communication with ATC is this done with a VHF radio or can it be done with a cell phone.
I can find references to this in FAA 107 but nothing in Canada.  You would think that they would better explain this and outline the options if there are any.
So my question is how do you maintain two way communication with ATC in Canada?
