Hello everyone,
I started to experience some weird behave with my new Spark about from my 3-4th flight, need some help. I can take off, but after the auto take off procedure finish, its going up slowly, not holding position. Same in manual take off. If i correct it with RC, pull the down stick a litle, release, and it start to drift down. The same happens when i go foward, left and right. My spark behave like there are no visual positioning system. All firmwares are up to date. Recalibrated imu and compass.
Also i cant land in right way, in manual mode its not enter to landing mode. If i choose auto land, when its on ground spark still thinks he is landing, i hear the landing sound from the app, and i cant turn off the motors. I had to wait until the battery go dead
Please let me know if anyone knows something to solve the problem. Thanks!!

Sorry, but this sounds like a defective unit that needs to be returned given that you can't even disarm the motors manually

Same behave in ATTI mode and in GPS mode

The flight modes and GPS will have no effect on the inability to disarm the motors upon landing - there is a bigger problem with your drone than that

Same behave in ATTI mode and in GPS mode

Close to the ground there is the vision system in charge for the position.
What ground is under your bird?
How bright is it?
How is it behaving, if you wait till GPS gets green and you start motors with RC CSC (both sticks down and inside) and then let it climb direct to 10 m ? THERE is for sure the GPS overruling the vision sensors.

Clean your bottom sensors, anyway!

And for landing, use the stick, too!
If on ground, keep holding the left one "down" (mode 2), till motors off!

For quiet some time I do not use the auto start options anylonger

Ya if it's not what Captain suggested, especially cleaning your sensors and making sure you aren't land or taking off on something reflective.  Then gotta go with AJ, there is something way more wrong here.  I would contact support
