Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to perform the gimbal calibration to see if there would be some changes. Also, as I review the video that you've shared, if the gimbal calibration will not work we highly recommend you to contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support. We have the professional team who would do their best to find out the reason for the issue and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Please note that if the unit is out of warranty there are valid charges that will apply. Thank you for your understanding. Best Regards!
Hey DJI Gamora, sorry about responding twice, but the light is flashing yellow and stuck at 0% on gimbal calibration. Soon after, I got a pop-up that said my device is in sleep mode and the gimbal is disabled.
Any idea what is going on?
