Osmo Mobile 2 Malfunction

My Osmo Mobile 2 is not working. It will squeak loudly, then go limp, and ocassionally trash around and hit the peg on the back. I would appreciate help on the subject, as I asked about it 5 months ago and never got a response.

Also, as I review the video that you've shared, if the gimbal calibration will not work we highly recommend you to contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support. We have the professional team who would do their best to find out the reason for the issue and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Hey DJI Gamora, I just hit Auto Calibration, and it has been stuck on 0% for about 5 minutes with a flashing yellow light.

Hey DJI Gamora, sorry about responding twice, but the light is flashing yellow and stuck at 0% on gimbal calibration. Soon after, I got a pop-up that said my device is in sleep mode and the gimbal is disabled.
Any idea what is going on?

Hi, there. I do apologize for the inconvenience that you experience right now. Since the gimbal calibration didn't work. The best thing that we need to do is to contact our support team at https://www.dji.com/support to start up a ticket.
