So my spark started to have gimbal issues  and control no t staying connected , a few weeks ago it become really bad, contacted dji, I sent it back for repair, controller and drone, 3 days later I got an email saying that
I was out of warranty I need to paid 49 for
replacement, when I request  repair  was under warranty, when they received warranty expired.
Also I forgot to remove my SD card from the drone  
Now I have 2 questions
1 it should be covered under warranty since I requested repair it when was a active?
2 if I paid for replacement I will get my SD card back and the controller replaced too?
