Hi, thanks for the tips on vision calibration. For additional troubleshooting steps for vision calibration. You may follow the instruction below. Hope that this information would help. Thank you for continued support.
1. If the aircraft is brand new, some users calibrate the vision sensors without peeling off the stickers, which are likely to cause an error report.
2. Check if the vision sensors are dirty.
3. Check the sensor status in the calibration interface. If one image becomes black or grey, then the sensors are damaged. In this case, the product should be sent back for repair.
4. Update the firmware to the latest version with the newest version of DJI Assistant 2.
5. A display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration.
6. Set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200.)
7. Restart the PC and the aircraft multiple times. |
