I bought a Phantom 4 rtk but when i want setup for a Fly plan, appear those message and i dont know What to do.

If that is to associate your account with the phone you are using, if you click on 'Get Verification Code' does the DJI server then send a message with a verification code for you to enter ?

Yes, you'll need that code, bud.

It says that entered phone number is not valid, seems like it wants some chinese phone number...

I have never got that error on any of our P4RTKs.  The UI in those photos looks different, is there a new firmware update?

I have the same problem.when I attempt to take off, the area authorization pop up shows up and I can't unlock it. When I click on the map, it saids that my particular type of authorization requires real name authentication. How do I submit that?

I have the exact same problem as the user above. My drone is a mavic mini. Most annoying...

Hello friends of the forum. After a long time I tried again to see how to unblock or get this real name authentication, until I finally succeeded. It occurred to me to enter the cell phone number that the seller of this Chinese store gave me, which by the way, I bought the drone via Aliexpress.

The number starts with the prefix +86 (and 11 more digits), but this time I entered the number without the prefix and the blue text "Get Verification Code" changed to a gray 1 minute countdown.
In the lower box you must enter the 4-digit code that arrives as msms to the cell phone number entered. Here you should contact whoever sold you the drone.
Then a window appears where you have to enter the "Name" and the "ID Number", I understand the name and DNI of the person or Chinese importer. My seller gave me his details, I entered them and with that this problem of not being able to use the drone because of this blessed real-name authentication is over.
Sorry if I don't post any images of the procedure, I just didn't expect to be able to unlock it unexpectedly.
