Bonjour,

J'ai reçu un Spark aujourd'hui et lorsque j'arrive à l'étape d'activation pour lié le drone à mon compte il s'affiche :

Echec de l'activtion
Veuillez recommander
Erreur de service d'activation
code(1112)


J'ai vu sur le forum que cette erreur s'affiche en cas de vol ou de perte du drone et que votre service pouvez régler cela.

Mon numéro de série est SN : 0AS3G3R00SJ024


C'est un drone reconditionné et j'ai la facture en cas de besoin

How can we have 3 different confirmation for a single SN ??????
Can someone tell me if it's normal to have 3 different versions for the same SN ??????

Let me explain:

I try to activate my Mavic pro 2 since 2 months and here are the answers I got from DJI.

- DJI SUPPORT FACEBOOK confirms that: technically you are not blacklisted

- Carl of the DJI SUPPORT MAIL confirms that: Your product can not be activated because it has been reported stolen while in transit

- SUSAN of the DJI FORUM confirms to me that: The issuing bank noticed something abnormal
    and reported that the transaction was fraudulent on behalf of the cardholder

We bought this drone in a known store in Paris and this shop has already sold several drones and this is the first time he has this kind of problem.
I put more than 2 500 euro with accessories + spare parts + iphone. It is also a very large sum of money for a little Malagasy like me, here it is the salary of 1 years of hard work.
I bet on this drone for my professional career and to acquire this drone I sold all my photographer's equipment.
it's been 2 months since I couldn't work because of that.
Please, understand my critical situation.
I talk with DJI support for 1 month and I realize that they are not at all serious
It's very bad breast to play with people's lives like that

j'ai acheté il y quelques semaines un DJI mini se suite à un problème mécanique, le drone a été envoyé au SAV DJI :
