Hello,I made a flight on May 25th around 10:00 a.m.

When turning on the Mavic Air was request to upgrade the Compass, I expected the synchronism with the GPS - awaiting the release of the flight.

Once the flight was cleared, I placed the Mavic Air in the place I wanted to make a video.

When I realized that the Mavic Air was going to the side beating with the building - I did not have time to react, because I was already suffering the beat.

Why did this happen?
Was it a system or pilot error?

We have the professional team who would do their best to find out the reason of the incident and then the corresponding resolution would be provided.
