Gimbal might not be perfectly balanced but I updated the firmware to the latest version, ran the test with all excellent results and Auto Tuned and I'm starting to get a Vibration noise on startup each & every time.

Charged the battery in full, ran balance tests,  Auto tuned again and I still get the vibrations + noises each time I switch it on.

Try to add a lens support, that will help.

Doubt it's gonna make any difference but I'll try and updated the post!

Never turn it on WITOUHT the previous adjusted weight.  Or at least pause the motors right after you turn it on and balance/autotune/calibrate it first.
