Please let me know what happened to my Vision

DJI has had my Vision + for over 7 weeks and I cant get a response from them. They told me it was checked in and that was it. What can I do from here?

Sounds like you got the "Automated Notification: Unit Received" email.  There should be a link in that email where you can review your ticket.  Mine says:


Our estimated time of repair is 4-6 weeks from the date of check-in. If you do not receive an email update from the repair team by the 4th week, please call our support team at 818-235-0789, Monday - Friday, 9-5 PST.

Please select option 2 and then 5 to reach DJI directly.

We appreciate your patience and thank you for your support of the DJI Product Line.
