Hi! I have been hearing that if SPARK is used as camera only, on land, wihtout flying (I see even Polar Pro has a handheld ("katana") adapter for this) it will be damaged, due to temperature issues or what not. Is this real? does this action damage any internals( flex or so...) what would be the technical reason either or? Thanx for all replies!

No. It will work as a camera gimbal.

They even sell handles for it.

you will even have a lot more usage time, this way. 25-30 minutes, with a full battery, should not surprise you

People are doing it w/ the Mavics and the Inspires.
