Hi Everyone,

I am having an issue with a band new Ronin S Essentials Kit.

Long story short, everything is working fine except the turning off the grip part.

I know that you need to press once and then long press. I've been doing that to my mavic's battery for years now. But the button looks unresponsive. I left it completing the first charge ovenight but nothing changed. I already updated the firmware, refreshed the firmware.. same issue.

So, my question is, it this a known issue, do I need to exange the unit? Or is there an easy fix that I am missing here?
