Hi all,
in august I will travel in Latvia (Lettonia), Russia, Mongolia, and China.
About Latvia, no problem.
About Mongolia I sent a permit request.
But about Russia and China I don't know how to obain drone permit.

I've read, about Russia, that it's "impossible" to require it if not citizen, and so they suggest to fly "carefully" far from police.
About China, instead, I've read about the procedure , https://www.travelchinacheaper.com/flying-drone-china-regulations, but it's impossible if you have not a chinese mobile number.

Can you please help me about these issues?

The phone number is easy to get, like I wrote in the link, in Beijing it is just right after leaving the  arrival area.
So you just need to get a China Sim Card,  which aren't expensive, too!
