Hi

I have choosen the settings RAW+JPG for my photos on my Mavic 2 Pro, but my RAW images ha only a resulution of 960 x 544 when my JPG has 5472 x 3648 pixels.
What is wrong, I expect the same resolution for both format.

You need to use an image editor capable of opening raw image file , then you can save the images with the original resolution.

Ok, I have opened it in Photoshop now and it has the full resolution.
I just checked the properties in Windows 10 file propertises and it showed the big differecen in resolution.
I can also see that the Windows 10 image viewer shows the .dng file as a smaller image.
  

I n my mac it shows with the right resulution in the file properties.
So something is not right with Windows 10.

Windows is simply reporting the resolution of the embedded jpg preview not the full file.

The raw files from my Canon DSLR is shown with the right resolution... so why not from the Mavic....
