I've tried Smooth mode but pretty much I don't mind using Regular but in HD mode, the image quality is definitely better.

I just sold my Fatsharks for $350!  I might get the lower version because it seems to be more stable..  The link latency I think is identical to the smartphone lag so it should be ok or I just might wait for the 3rd gen.

It could be.. can't really see anything when the sun is hitting the goggles.  With the Fatsharks, you can always see everything as long as the contrast and brightness aren't underexposing the imaging.  It's all we had back then!  I wanted so much to set up a Gopro on the drones but could never successfully do it.  Flying w/ the FPV wing first time was cool but it never really was cinematic grade.  Flying w/ the FPV drones was nice but you could never really break 200m w/o the signal going away and having to RTH back.  With the DJIs you can do all that any more w/ Ease!
