I am new to trying to use my Crystalsky monitor. I have a Mavic 2 pro and have used my LG7thinG cellphone as a monitor with no problems. When I installed the Crystalsky monitor and try to enter the go 4 app, it requests my DJI login info (my email address and DJI password). When I enter the info, it pops up with a verification code. Where do I enter this verification code? I do not get a text or email, which I would have expected. It's driving me mad. Any help would be appreciated.

You usually get this if you are not connected to the internet. Did you activate wifi on the crystal sky?
And/or check if the internet is working properly.
But i think the problem is that you have not activated wifi with pasword on you crystalsky
