Hi everyone,

I need your help please. I had some issues with the DJO Go 4 app - Whenever I edited a video and saved it it was too shaky so I deinstalled and installed the app again.
Now I lost all the information and most important some of the videos which were only saved in the app. Is there any possibility to recover them?

Hi Moe Joe Ch, I'm really sorry to know that. It is suggested that you always back up your files and sync your flight records before you reinstall the APP. As you mentioned, that some of the video files are only saved in the app, however, did  you try to double check the files directly from the SD card? Moe: It would all depend on where the videos you were working with were saved to.
If they were not deleted when you uninstalled the app, you may actually still have them.
