Good afternoon all,

I was hoping to get some advice regarding the repair of my DJI Mavic Air.

I recently had a small incident with a tree, at first I thought it had got away with just the need for the props to be changed, however one of the arms/legs appears to be loose?

Is this just a case of tightening a screw, or does it need more significant work?  I have attached pictures.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, we're sorry for the mishap that happens to your drone. We would recommend sending the aircraft to our facility as we don't recommend fixing the drone by our customer's end due to warranty avoidance. For additional information, the repair fee would depend on the warranty of the unit and the outcome of the damage assessment. If you wish to contact our support, please check the link below.

Mine is the same. The rear leg is loose. Apologies for replying, trying to collect some points to be able to start a thread to discuss the issue.
