In this beginners introduction, you can learn about DJI Waypoints 2.0 and be able to fly your first mission right after from the DJI Go 4 App. It's super easy to use and works really well. DJI Waypoints 2.0 is available for Mavic 2 Pro, Mavic 2 zoom & Mavic Pro and DJI Phantom 4 Series.
Hi, there Captain. Thanks for sharing your video to us also the information you provide about the Waypoints 2.0. Please don't hesitate to reach us if you have any other concerns. Have a safe and happy flying always!
It states 1-5 as an example in the manual in that you can reverse the route e.g. 1-5, 5-1 - the actual maximum number you are able to set in a single route is 99.
Check out other posts on the WP 2.0 issues. Of course it works somehow, but there is a lot of issues.
Lets only quote some of them:
- POIs are not looked at properly (direction)
- there is some jerkyness while filming when looking a POIs
- there is hardly any difference between polyline and arc as it should be
etc.
So make a simple flight with only one POI but 3 or more WP 's and try get a smooth, well targeted vid

I realize there is no way I can make my point without sounding snarky, but why would the title of your video be RIP Litchi when Litchi is far more convenient for creating a waypoint mission on a big screen monitor and uploading the mission to the drone when you're out in the field?
I love that I can use Litchi so conveniently from my computer before I even go to my mission location and can take the time to set up a mission without being rushed.
With DJI Go 4, waypoints 2, I think it's unrealistic that I have to have my Mavic on using battery power while I'm programming waypoints, altitudes, gimbal angles, etc.
Am I missing something? If there is a way to create waypoints in the field without having to have a connection with the Mavic 2 during the mission setup, then I'm in.
Hello, anyone has experience setting up waypoints while in a flight? Objective is to setup various waypoints using exact position of the drone for closeup shots...preset wont work as the drone needs to come to the exact position needed. Thanks for any help on the question.
