Why parents? Grownups can have toys too. And it's an educational tool as well, anyone can learn to code.

I would say it's design for people that don't know how to code.
Swift playgrounds was designed as simple videogame, however it's a learning tool for everyone.
Just because a product caters to it's main audience (children are almost always first when it comes learning) it doesn't limit it to them. Learning is always for everyone.

Some people prefer to learn from books, others from interactive experiences like this one, if you don't see the appeal it's ok, but I'm sure many do and limiting it to children seems reducing.

P.S.: They have photos / videos with young adults and adults too. ;)

I never said it is restricted entirely for the exclusive use of children did I mate - but it's main target audience is clearly and very obviously for kids. Adults may use it but that does not detract from the fact that it is designed and marketed to be primarily used by children - which is clearly my original point that I firmly stand by. Good day!

And my point is that this is also targeted to young adults, like the ones that take part of the robomasters competition. That's why it has full python programming and not just scratch.
