Hello

When ever i turn on my ronin stablizer i can hear noise but no movement? So i decided to email support.nl@dji.com which they gave me some steps.

They told me to update the GCU and IMU from the DJI GimbalAssistant App on my computer. So i've tried do the following which came with an error:
