Hi

I have a Mavic 2 Zoom and a Matrice 210 RTK and would like to view the live video coming from either quad on my Windows 10 laptop. Is this possible?

Thanks...

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. You would consider the Smart controller to your Mavic 2 Zoom as this remote could support HDMI output that would allow you to connect to an external monitor. The highest output resolution as below :

4096x2160p60.001
4096x2160p59.94-2
4096x2160p50.00-3
4096x2160p24.00-4
4096x2160p23.98-5

Method 1:
If you have an iPhone/iPad as control device with GO4 or Pilot app, it can be done as follows:
Install https://www.airserver.com on your laptop (no matter if Win10 or Mac OSX)
This software acts as an Airplay device and your laptop as a WifFi hotspot.

On your iPad mirror your screen to the Airserver laptop.
(Drawback: You might encounter frame drop or lag.)
Also, if you need plain video out (no telemetry) you may run into limitations from GO4.

Method 2:
On your Cendence controller you have HDMI OUT (or SDI OUT)
Get an external HDMI or SDI capture card, connect it to your laptop.
Connect your Cendence RC with an HDMI cable to the capture card.
Use the supplied software to view the video signal on the laptop screen.

Method 3:
Use a field monitor (e.g. Blackmagic Video Assist) to view the live signal from a HDMI/SDI OUT port.
(No laptop needed)
