Hello!

My name is Richard, i work with a Matrice 210 and a Zenmuse XT2 (together with a Micasense Redgede).

I have a problem with my zenmuse xt2, is not getting conected properly. The camera transmit a while (few secs) and dissappear from the monitor alerting that 'Payload camera remaining sd card capacity is not enough'. It does this every couple of secs, and i cannot make a gimbal calibration or take pictures because it keeps disconnecting and connecting.

When i turn on the matrice, it does the entire movements pre-connecting, however in the control i cannot see the camera for more than 1 sec. I tried changing several sd cards, tried different connections (like upward connector) and nothing, the same problem over and over.

I also tried to update the firmware and it gives me the next error:

Hi GeoLab, sorry for the troubles with XT2, may I verify which SD slot did you plug the SD card? If you only pug one SD card, please install to the slot that is farther away from the lens.
If the issue persists, what is the color of the LED in the SD card slot? I will PM you another firmware, please try again when you are available, thank you.

Hello! tried with the firmware u sent me, same issue. I tried with 1 and 2 sd card, always with the firmware in the slot farther away from the lens.

the situation with this camera is a lot worse than  we  imagined

hello I have a problem with my xt2 camera when connecting my drone it asks me to update the xt2 camera but when downloading the firmware from the dji page Zenmuse XT2 Firmware V01.00.03.50 the camera does not update the registry informs me the following

Hello Thor, I tried several times to load the update but the camera does not start the process and remains dead. They have backup software for the camera to restore it from the factory.

It worked for me as follows: download a sw for m600.
ZENMUSE_XT2_FW_V01.00.00.20
Use the ZENMUSE_XT2_FW_DEBUG file.
And install ZENMUSE_XT2_FW_V01.00.03.50

Hi! I have a Matrice 600 Pro and XT2. What pilot app version and xt2 firmware should I run? And can you send me the bin file for xt2 and a way to force installation? Thank very much in advance!

Hi there, you can use the DJI Pilot for the Matrice 600 Pro. For the Zenmuse XT 2 firmware, you can download it from https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/zenmuse-xt2. Thank you.
