Since the RoboMaster S1 PlayMore kit with additional gel beads isn’t coming until July, and I assume other accessories such as refill gel beads won’t be released until that time, I’m looking for another source for gel beads. Anyone know of a good source for such?  Air soft bbs are the right size (6mm) and weight (12g), but are a big pain to clean up! Simple searching of the regular sources (amz, eby, etc.) aren’t turning up anything good.  Hoping someone has some good ideas.

I have found a few alternate providers of "similar" gel beads. Will be nice when DJI offers supplies directly.  I will say, however, that the small bottle that comes in the box goes a long way. Just a capful is enough to fill the cartridge almost twice, and a full cartridge is a good amount. I'm surprised at how long I can fire and still have ammo left. Nice work DJI on that calculation.

What is the diameter of the fully expanded hydrogel beads?

I wonder if the robomaster fit standard airsoft BBs.

Reminds me of those RC tanks that shoot BBs.
