Very nice how the sun is lighting up different parts of the landscape (probably due to the clouds)
I have a visit from a friend living in the US - we traveled some 3000 km + more on foot ... and we see the magic - whenever Mavic is out of the bag clouds gather around ;)

When walking in nature I try to have it with me, even today in 10 km walk in a mountain I brought it again (knowing that I'll not use it )
I've been a huge DSLR fan - Full Frame was the game (Nikon D750 was the last one ) with good lenses - marvel, BUT:
- really heavy!
- changing lenses takes time and add dust on a sensor
- Very expensive (my last bag was ~7-8K EUR )
- Not really convenient, You need to Go to have pictures, Not taking a spontaneous event (it's not with You, it's hard to take it from the bag...)
Today best cameraphone have some additional features that come handy:
- have several lenses - You can switch optical zoom on the go (same possible with zoom lenses - but Primes are better )
- have software modes like pano, night shots, AI choosing the correct setting in regard to the scene!!!)
So now I have Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Mavic pro and DSLR is a history for me (I agree there some shots where previous setup was far better, but overal it's a no go for me )

I know.
I have been shooting with my D610 for a couple of years now.
Never looked back!
Except for my back
But since I switched to prime only shooting the weight problem was sort of gone.
Before I had a large zoom lens (24-120 f/4) and the 50mm f/1.8.
It was too heavy for holding in my hand and carry around.
Plus I found myself using the 50mm the most, because it was giving way better performance.
So I sold the 24-120 and got 4 primes instead.
20mm f/1.8
35mm f/1.8
50mm f/1.4 (I sold the 1.8)
85mm f/1.8
Now the camera + lens is not too heavy anymore and I can adjust the weight of the bag by leaving lenses at home.
So when I'm on a small trip, I usually take 1 or 2 lenses with me.
No matter how nice my iPhone is (it is really good), nothing compares to holding a camera and looking through that big viewfinder
And I have grown to like the 'prime process'. Looking at a scene, selecting the right lens and taking the picture.
Since I moved to primes, I take way less pictures, but more of them are keepers
I only miss the VR in lens for video. But that is a small compromise, since I use my strap for getting 'stable' footage.
