Hi people,

I have problem with 5GHz conection to the Osmo action. 2,4GHz work fine, but i want to use 5GHz. If i set the 5GHz or Auto and try to connect to camera, it will show this:

Ensure Osmo is powered on and place it near the mobile device.

Same here, have to set camera to 2.4GHZ or it don't work it seem, though i have not tried 5 GHZ just AUTO and 2.4 GHZ

Could you make sure your region supports 5GHz frequency or your mobile device has that?

Your mobile display device does support 5.8GHz band ?

Maybe this is the same issue people from EU are having with the GoPro 5, 6 and 7? There they use a 5ghz wifi-channel that is not allowed to be used in some countries and then the phone does not connect. iPhones and some Android´s seem to ignore this and work on 5ghz too.

Is there a fix available yet? Is DJI working on a firmware update?
